Business Intelligence
In order to make the right decisions, both in the short-term and long-term, having access to good foundations from which to make decisions is needed.
Many companies have a need for implementing effective methods and techniques in order to compile information that provides the right foundation for decision making processes. It can involve, for example, including the development of indicators and setting targets for them, analysing a customer’s or customer group's potential, calculating income or attaining an overview of which costs are associated with which factors.
A key part of any implementation surrounding decision making support is gathering and ensuring the quality of information. It also means, often as a consequence of the former, to agree on concepts and terminology.
The result is often, but not always, data being stored in some form where we gather information from multiple source systems. How such an implementation is designed depends, of course, on which focus the implementation has in relation to performance monitoring, analysis and reporting.
Business Intelligence puts high demands on understanding a company’s drive, processes and organisation in combination with high skill levels within technical solutions. At Releye we have core competencies in both business and technology consulting.
