SEB Trygg Liv – Sweden’s largest life insurance company – has implemented a new sales support system (CRM) with the help of Releye. IT support is an essential component in the company’s efforts to achieve its ambition of becoming Sweden’s best sales force. The IT support system will be implemented in SEB Trygg Liv’s sales and customer service division, and will include approx. 300 people.
Reducing time spent on administration for the salesperson is one of the most important targets. Improved service and advice for the customer is another. An important component of the solution is the single view, which means the user can view the customer's connection in real time. There is also a support system for outgoing call analysis, a system support for advice, document management and integration with Microsoft Outlook, etc. The project covers everything from planning, implementation and follow-up of customer relations in all aspects.

Releye strengthen its cooperation with SuperOffice.
SuperOfficeFrom December 2009 Releye will be a SuperOffice Gold Partner. Releye has previously been an implementation partner. The Gold Partnership will allow Releye to sell licenses for SuperOffice software directly to end customers. Releye confidently look forward to 2010 to continue working with SuperOffice CRM and to begin implementing the customer service application SuperOffice eJournal.
